Room Rates

Each of our 20 rooms at 1 Victoria Street is centrally air-conditioned and well-secured.

Rooms can be flexibly arranged in different setup styles, from 2 people boardroom to 250 delegates in theatre style. A controllable lighting system allows you to create dramatic effects.

Our reception team will make sure all your delegates are directed to the correct meeting room.

A cloakroom is available in the lobby area, staffed between the hours of 8am - 6.30pm.

Daily newspapers are available in the main lounge area.

Tea, coffee and catering will be readily available in your room as requested.

Our DDR (Daily Delegate Rate) is £46 (VAT exempt) per delegate and includes:

Full-day room hire (4 hours and above)
Level 2 finger food lunch with refreshments
3 additional servings of fairtrade organic tea & coffee, orange juice and British mineral water with Danish pastries on arrival, then biscuits
AV equipment (Data Projector, Flipcharts) technical support(in the lead up to the event and at the start of the event).
OR

A DDR of £38.00(vat inc) per delegate to Include:

Full day room hire
Working Lunch 1(see menu for alternative Lunch selection)
3 servings of tea & coffee with biscuits
Data Projector / Flipcharts plus technical support

A half-day DDR is also available at £32 (VAT exempt) per delegate and includes:

Half-day room hire (0-4 hours)
Level 2 finger food lunch with refreshments
2 additional servings of fairtrade organic tea & coffee, orange juice and British mineral water, one with pastries or afternoon cakes and one with biscuits
AV equipment (Data Projector, Flipcharts) technical support(in the lead up to the event and at the start of the event)

Use of our cloakroom, reception services, fax/photocopying services and event support are included in our prices.

Upgrade your delegates' lunch break to a hot/cold fork buffet for an extra £1.25 per delegate!

All of our prices are Inclusive of VAT.

Room hire only: rates available on request. Buffet Room:£100.00 each. Syndicate Room:£100.00 each

Evening Functions: We cater for a Wide Range of Evening Functions. Please contact us for rates.

Cancellation policy

For cancellations between 11 and 20 working days prior to the event (day of event excluded), the cancellation charge will be 50% based on the total charge at the time of booking.
For cancellations between 1 and 10 working days prior to the event date (day of event excluded), the cancellation charge will be 100% based on the total charge at the time of booking.
10 working days prior to the event, numbers must remain within 80% of the original numbers booked or a cancellation charge will be levied for the difference.
